Applying a Digital Signature if you use Google Chrome

Top  Previous  Next

If you access the application using the Google Chrome browser, the Preliminary Report/Request for Funds and Final Report can not be signed directly from within the open PDF document in the Google Chrome application.

In order to sign your document using your digital signature, the document must be initially saved to your workstation so that you may apply your digital signature and then reimport the signed document into the application.

When a PDF document is opened from within Google Chrome, a document download functionality will be available allowing you to save the document on your workstation. Once the file has been saved, you may then open your document using Adobe Acrobat, apply your digital signature, and import it back into the Document section of the application

1.Click the Download link button in the top right corner of the page
2.A Save As dialog will be displayed allowing you to enter the filename and location of the document to be saved on your workstation
3.Once the document has been saved, open the document using Adobe Acrobat on your workstation
4.Click in the signature field in the top right corner to display the Sign Document box
5.Insert the password for your digital signature in the Password field and click Sign.
6.The assigned signature appears in the box
