The deletion function allows you to remove definitively a document from the list of documents of a file. This is only available for the documents that can be deleted, and that excludes the invoices, service contracts, rules and procedures, already registered reports, etc.
† To delete a document
1. | Select the document you want to delete in the list of documents. |
2. | Click the Delete icon to the right of the generated document to be deleted. A confirmation message is displayed. |
3. | Click the OK button to confirm the deletion. The document is deleted and is removed from the list of documents. |
The Delete icon is only available if the document type supports deletion and is authorized for the document that you have selected.
