The diagnostic checks the configuration of your computer to make sure it has the necessary prerequisites to use Assyst Real Estate. At your request, the configuration information will be sent to the TELUS Service Desk. No personal information is collected.
To begin the diagnostic program of your workstation, you must first make sure that Microsoft Word is closed. Then you must download the program using the link below. A download box appears allowing you to select one of the following (Execute, Save, Cancel). Choose "Save". Once the download is completed, select "Execute", and follow the instructions.
