Authorization to Discharge

Once the file has been reviewed by the lender, there will be a check mark by the status Authorization to Discharge and the date and time will be displayed to the right of the status. You don't have to take action for this step.

Authorization to Discharge

1.You will receive a message in the Notes section of your file informing you that you have received a document (Letter of Undertaking) which confirms that the discharge is being process (not available in all provinces).

2.The document will be available in the Documents Tab.
