The Certified Payout Statement status is automatically checked with date and timestamped displayed to the right. You do not have to take action for this step. The Certified payout statement is generated and available by clicking the PDF link under the Certified payout statement received status or in your Documents section under the discharge file number.

Receive and view the Certified Payout Statement

1.A message is displayed in your Notes section to advise you that you have received Certified Payout Statement.

2.The Certified payout statement status is automatically checked with date and time displayed to the right. You do not have to take action for this step. The Certified payout statement is generated and available by clicking the PDF link under the Certified payout statement received status or in your Documents section under the discharge file number.

  An expiration date is indicated in the Certified payout statement document.  After this date, if no funds have been sent to the lender to payout the mortgage, the Certified payout statement will no longer be valid and you must resubmit your payout statement request to the financial institution.
