Deleting Documents |

The Delete function allows you to remove definitively a document from the list of documents of a file. This function is only available for the documents that can be deleted, and that excludes the invoices, service contracts, rules and procedures, already registered reports, etc. To delete a document 1.Select a file in your list of files. 2.Click the Documents tab. This will display the categories of documents available for the file. 3.Click the 4.Click the name of a document to select it. It is highlighted. 5.Click the Delete 6.Click the OK button to confirm the deletion. The document is deleted and is removed from the list of documents. If needed, you can generate again a document that has been deleted.
