Deleting Documents

The Delete function allows you to remove definitively a document from the list of documents of a file. This function is only available for the documents that can be deleted, and that excludes the invoices, service contracts, rules and procedures, already registered reports, etc.


To delete a document

1.Select a file in your list of files.

2.Click the Documents tab. This will display the categories of documents available for the file.

3.Click the 2023-01-06_10-36-13 sign to the left of a category name to display the generated documents related to this category.

4.Click the name of a document to select it. It is highlighted.

5.Click the Delete 2023-01-17_11-45-07 button on the right of the list of documents. A confirmation message is displayed.

6.Click the OK button to confirm the deletion. The document is deleted and is removed from the list of documents. If needed, you can generate again a document that has been deleted.
