File identification

The File identification is displayed at the top left on the Mandates main page and contains the following:

•The logo of the financial institution.

•The file number and the name of the main borrower.

•The file status and the date and time.

   When a file has not yet been accepted, the date and time are replaced by .  (Refer to About New Files )
