Payment information

The payment information is used when you are invoiced and when you pay the charges to Assyst Real Estate (for Legal counsels).

If you complete your payment information in your profile, this information is automatically used in your transactions and you do not have to enter them again. If you do not complete your payment information in your profile, the system will ask you to enter it every time this will required during your transactions on Assyst Real Estate.


To modify your payment information

 

1.Click the Settings tab in the top left section of Settings and profile main page. The Settings page opens and the Payment information section at the top right is presented in read-only mode.

2.Click the Edit 2023-01-17_11-42-39  button. The Payment information section is displayed in editable mode to allow you to edit the information.

3.Select Credit Card information using the drop-down menu.

4.Enter the cardholder's name in the field Cardholder name.

5.Enter the Credit card number in the numeric field.

6.Enter the expiry date of the credit card in the Expiry field (Month / Year format).

7.Click the Save button to save your modifications or click the Cancel button to return to read-only mode without making any changes.

Your payment information is saved and will be automatically reused for every transaction.

warning_FILL0_wght200_GRAD0_opsz40 For security reasons and to protect your credit card information, only the last 4 figures of your credit card are shown in the screen, the other numbers are replaced by X.


Delete credit card information

1.Click Delete icon 2023-01-17_11-45-07 at the top right of the section Payment information. A confirmation message is displayed.

2.Click Confirm. Payment information is removed from the section Payment information.

Click the Cancel button to return to read-only mode without making any changes.
