Signing Documents

The signature function allows you to electronically sign a document and send it to the financial institution. This function is used for sending the preliminary and final reports.

Use the digital signature provided by your official provider. The data associated to your digital signature are always encrypted to guarantee the security of the information.

warning_FILL0_wght200_GRAD0_opsz40 If you are using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge to sign Preliminary Reports and Final Reports. In order to sign your document using your digital signature, the document must be initially saved to your workstation so that you may apply your digital signature, and then reimported into the application. The digital signature steps are the following:

1.Generating  the document (first step).

2.Adding the digital signature to the document.

3.Encrypting the document with the digital signature

4.Sending electronically the document via Assyst Real Estate to the financial institution.
