Refreshing/UpdatingFiles

You can ask at any time to the system to refresh your files and get the latest available data for each file, including notes or new files that have been assigned to you.

➢To refresh files

1.Click the Refresh Files link on top of your list of files.

The list of your files is refreshed and displayed again, with new data if applicable. New notes are added to your files and a symbol is displayed to indicate that they are not yet read. If new files have been assigned to you, they are added to your list of new files.
