Discharge Solution

The Discharge Solution allows lawyers and notaries to request and receive payout statements electronically with participating lenders.

Once the lender has received the funds to pay out the mortgage, the lender will begin the discharge process, with status updates displayed in Assyst Real Estate to keep the lawyers/notaries informed. When the discharge has been registered, the registration details will be displayed in Assyst Real Estate.

 The Discharge Solution is only available with participating financial institutions. Currently, the Discharge Solution is only available for the payout of a mortgage held at BMO.
