Accessing Discharge main page

The Discharge Solution allows you to request a payout statement for discharge/transfer of mortgage purpose for one or more debt(s) relating to your file. The majority of the information that you need to complete is under the tab labeled Discharge.

The processing of a Discharge file on Assyst Real Estate requires you to follow a process and complete different steps along the way.

To access Discharge main page

1.Click the Discharge tab at the top of your file. The Discharge main page is displayed.

To add a new discharge request, select New discharge button  at the top right of the Discharge main page. (Refer to Add a new discharge request)
