Add a new discharge request

The processing of a Payout Statement/Discharge file on Assyst Real Estate requires you to complete different steps along the way.

The steps indicator is displayed at the top of the New Discharge window which will show you the progress of the different steps that must be completed for the creation of the payout statement/discharge request.

1.Click the New discharge button at the top right of the Discharge main page.

2.The window New discharge is displayed allowing you to initiate the Discharge request process.

The steps for creating a Payout Statement/New Discharge request are as follows:

Select lender: Allows you to search, select or add information related to the lender.

Property identification: Allows you to select or add information related to the Property.

Mortgage details: Allows you to add Mortgage details

Add current owner: Allows you to select or add information related to the Current owner
