Reason for payout statement

In the Discharge section, when you select Transfer from the drop-down menu in the Reason for payout statement field, new fields will be displayed to allow you to enter additional information.

That information is related to the transferee contact details.

The following new additional fields are displayed:

Transferee: drop-down menu allows you to select a transferee. If the transferee is not displayed in that list, select Other and enter the name of the transferee in the field Transferee name

Transferee name: field allows you to enter the name of the transferee

Incorporation number: field allows you to enter the incorporation number of the transferee

Address: field allows you to enter the address of the transferee

City: field allows you to enter the city of the transferee

Province: field allows you to enter the province of the transferee

Postal code: field allows you to enter the postal code of the transferee
